Cancellation Policy

Azosbyte aims to offer businesses flexibility and control over their services. This cancellation policy outlines how and when you may cancel our services, and what implications follow.

4.1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their service agreement by providing at least 15 days’ written notice. Notices should be sent to partner@azosbyte.com with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.”

4.2. Post-Cancellation Obligations

Before cancellation is finalized, clients must:

  • Clear any pending dues

  • Ensure all active settlements are processed

  • Disable integrations and API access if no longer needed

4.3. Termination by Azosbyte

Azosbyte reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

  • Policy violation or breach of contract

  • Illegal or suspicious activities

  • Failure to meet compliance requirements

4.4. Data Retention

Following cancellation, we will retain transaction and client data only as required by law or internal compliance protocols. After that, the data will be securely purged from our systems.
